How do I buy a ticket?

Can we enter as teams for the timed race?

This is an individual entry system, but of course we welcome teams and partners running together.

What's the fee for entry?

£25 per person for a full day ticket, including trail workshops and guided runs.


If you would like to take on the 50km Ultra Guided Run, this will cost an extra £25.

What will be at the festival locations?

Each event will have an event village. We encourage race participants to bring along spectators who can come and enjoy the festival whilst you take on trail running workshops, yoga sessions, guided trail runs and a timed race. There will also be lots of opportunities to learn more about trail running and hear from trail running experts. A bar will be open and a live band will play into the evening. Parking, food and drink retailers and toilets will be available in the event village.

When do I get my race number?

This will be posted out to the provided address no later than a week before your event.

How will my time be recorded?

Event times will be tracked via the chips given at registration. Times will be available on completion of the race.

What time will the timed race start?

The exact start time of the timed race will be released closer to the events. You be able to arrive at each festival location from 10am to enjoy our festival village and all the activities.

Can I get a refund if I cannot make the festival?

I am afraid we cannot offer refunds or transfer to other event locations.

Can I bring along friends, family and supporters?

Absolutely we welcome all supporters. At each festival there will be an event village where people can find out more about trail running, enjoy food or drink and watch the participants run or get involved in a workshop. Your supporters can enter the festival free of charge.

Is there water along the run route?

Water stops will be placed along each route, these will be displayed on the route maps.

Where can I see the run route?

Each timed run route will be released six weeks before the event.

What is the minimum age of participants?

You must be 16 years old and over to enter the timed race. There will be a Kiddie Km available for younger competitors, see the events pages for more info.

What are the Terms and Conditions of the Salomon Trail Running Festivals?



You are eligible for a full refund (minus the online booking fee) within the 14 days cooling off period from the day of booking.


Note: The cooling off period does not apply where a booking is made within 14 days of the event date.


Any withdrawals after the 14 days cooling off period will not be eligible for a refund.


Route Amendment and Cancellation Policy


Salomon will host the best and safest events possible.  In the event of circumstances beyond our control, which result in potentially unsafe conditions Salomon Events will either:


Amend the run course to make the event safe.


Where conditions cannot be made safe, cancel the event.


Where the event is modified under condition 1 above, no refund will be applicable. In the event of a cancellation under condition 2 above, competitors will be offered a Salomon product to the value of the event entry.


Where possible, we shall give at least 24 hours notice to any potential amendment or cancellation.


No refunds will be offered if cancellation is due to an unforeseeable natural disaster or ‘act of God’.


Safety requirements


If you’re still on the run course after two hours, a marshal may ask you to leave the course or require you to wear a head torch in order to finish the course.


You must be 16 years old and over to enter the timed run.
